Registration opens Friday the 16th of December, 2016 at 07:00 at the registration desk at the entrance of the event convention center. Attendee’s will receive their name badge, which includes the bar code necessary to receive CME credit, program, course bag and other information upon arrival and check-in at the registration desk.


Companies that would like to purchase a group of delegates passes attending the congress may do so by using the special group registration fee. For information on group registration please contact A group consists of a minimum of 10 persons as such:

Please note that an international bank transfer can take up to 10 days to reach our account. If payment is not received by the corresponding deadline (early or standard registration), the subsequent rate will automatically apply.


One month or more prior to the announced event date: refunds are provided USD 30 less of indicated registration fees. For international accounts an additional charge on USD 50 will be deducted or wire transfer charges.


Cancellation received one month prior to the announced event date will not be refunded, as material for each meeting registrant has already been prepared. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.


DiaEdu reserves the right to modify or cancel any or all activities associated with this meeting due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that we have to unexpectedly cancel the meeting, the registration fee, less a processing charge, will be returned to each registrant.
